This is a good version of store bought jerk seasoning.

I made some jerk chicken wingettes yesterday. The version I have is a paste so I just thinned it down with a little orange juice to make a marinade.

1 TB salt
2 TB jerk seasoning
A little orange juice

Marinade for overnight or at least a few hours. Cook on the grill. I cooked them pretty slow on the side of the fire and they were excellent. If you like crispy chicken skin you will love this stuff.
