The Beef Curry - even better !

Look, I'm not going to lie. There's a guy in here, "Lockout", that makes this one of the least productive and most boring places to talk training on the internet, and no one can be bothered to ban him. Buyer beware. Arguments about minutiae. Ad hominems. Appeals to authority. Training #1.

Curry Beef Stew

(Only difference between the spices for the chicken and this is more curry powder and adding the cumin)

My curry spice mix:
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp curry powder
1/3 tsp ground red pepper

For my Beef Curry:

spice mix from above
2 tbs canola/olive oil mix
1 large green bell pepper
1 big white onion diced
1 can whole tomatoes
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 can water
2 lbs or more of beef cut up (stew beef)
1 head cauliflower

Sautee onion and bell pepper in oil.
Add in spices; stir well and continue sweating onions & peppers
Add beef to pan to brown a little.
Then add tomatoes, sauce adn water.
Bring to boil, then lower temp to Low
Simmer for 3-4 hours
Then add in cut up cauliflower and let simmer for another 30 mins..

I served this over a brown rice and jasmine rice mix I had cooked.

Killer !!!
