Look, I'm not going to lie. There's a guy in here, "Lockout", that makes this one of the least productive and most boring places to talk training on the internet, and no one can be bothered to ban him. Buyer beware. Arguments about minutiae. Ad hominems. Appeals to authority. Training #1.

Just in time for Christmas.
From: ... bingka.htm

250 grams glutinous rice

1 egg

25 grams goat's milk cheese

1/2 liter thin coconut milk

1/4 tsp salt

100 grams sugar

100 ml thick coconut milk

1/4 tsp anise seed powder [Now that particular ingredient I didn't know of.]

Soak rice in cold water for 6 hours. Grind rice into a fine powder. Beat egg. Cut cheese into thin slices. Pour thin coconut milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add rice, egg, salt, and continue to boil. Lower the heat, add sugar and stir to blend thoroughly.

Line a cake tin with banana leaves and place the rice mixture on top. Add sliced cheese and thick coconut milk; sprinkle anise seed powder on top. Cover. On the lid, spread live charcoal and cook bibingka for 15-20 minutes.
