I'm looking for some inspiring weightlifting videos, be it powerlifting, strongman, oly, whatever. I'm especially looking for some good oly training hall videos since all the good ironmind ones seem to have been removed from youtube.

Does anyone remember the video from a few months ago that showed some crazy thrower that looked like Grizzly Adams? In it, he was doing power curls and twists and generally acting like a lunatic?

I tried to search for it but I can't remember enough to come up with it.

I did 150 once. I usually stop counting after 100 though.

I just count to 10 10 times:

That's the most comfortable way for me to get to 100 reps and it works well with any high rep exercise. Keeps you from getting bogged down with thoughts about how many reps you've already done which can have a negative effect, I've found.

When I do really high reps I do something similar. I count:

1

1 2 3 4 5
1 2 3 4 5 6
etc, etc, etc

It really helps me to stay focused on the lifting, and not get bogged down by the fact that I'm on rep number 20+.

I think I am sort-of slow about that: I try and count in twenties because after twenty all the numbers take slightly longer to say, even in my head, but I always forget how many twenties I've done.

I once did

2 x 50 pushups

with my left arm

the right arm was never good enough for more than 30, an old scar in the right biceps which I torn apart age 18.

I also once did 10 x 100 pushups, took me half an hour, I was 19 back then and they were nose to the ground.

Still able to do pushups on my fingertips with the arms stretched out to the front, so there is a span of 2.2 m between the finger tips and the feet.

Never did more than 10 consecutive pushups like that though

Will upload some video's in a couple of days.

By the way all these numbers are without training whatsoever...
