Never pursued lunges, but I heard this fellow talking about lots of bw lunges for strengthening knees. Now my knees have been a bit creaky recently and I am doing daily squatting.

So the last few days I tried tagging on some bodyweight lunges. Kicked off with 5 minutes straight, doing some forward, some backwards. then I missed a day and last two days have down 7 and 8 straight minutes.

Well its a bit early to go crazy but my knees feel a shit ton better.
