Late Nite Deadlift Blitzkrieg

Look, I'm not going to lie. There's a guy in here, "Lockout", that makes this one of the least productive and most boring places to talk training on the internet, and no one can be bothered to ban him. Buyer beware. Arguments about minutiae. Ad hominems. Appeals to authority. Training #1.

Late Nite Deadlift Blitzkrieg

What you do when it's over 10PM, you have done a smidge of upper body work already and there's just 10 mins tops left to hit deadlifts?
Try this:
45°hypers w/40kg bar behind the neck 3 sets x 20 reps
Glute-Ham raises bwx3x10-12

then no further warmup and directly to impromptu deadlifts off the floor for reps, deadstopped no straps no belt.
Heres's how it went in the past 3 days:
Thurs-200x10 with 1-2 reps in the tank (risky psoas).
Haven't hit 10 or more with 200 more than a few times in my life, so apparently getting my mojo back.

That was after 3 weeks straight of similarly nice daily DL work, so now 5 days off from pulling, let's see how it treats me.

Nice pulling! Especially while fatigued from the supersets. My hamstrings would probably tear off.
